What we do with what you send us.

Last updated: 2026-08-03

What we collect

If you submit the quote form, we store what you typed into it — your email address, and whatever else you chose to fill in — together with the link or campaign that brought you to the site. That is it. We do not ask for, and do not want, anything else.

What we use it for

Replying to you about your enquiry, and nothing else. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Sequences and confidential material

If you paste a sequence into the form, it is treated as confidential from the moment it arrives. We do not reuse it, we do not share it, and we do not use it for anything other than answering your enquiry and, if you go ahead, doing your work.

If you would rather not send a sequence before a signed agreement is in place, tick the NDA box on the form and leave the sequence out. That is a normal request and we will not think less of you for it.

Analytics

We measure which pages people read, using privacy-preserving analytics that do not set advertising cookies and do not attempt to identify you personally. If we later add advertising measurement, this page will say so and you will be asked first.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into projects are deleted once they are clearly not going anywhere. Project correspondence is kept for as long as we need it for the work and for our accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will do it — no forms, no argument. As we operate in the European Union, the GDPR applies to how we handle your data.
